edgeNEXUS Achieves Cisco IVT Compatibility Certification With the Cisco Solution Partner Program

Marlow, UK – 26 February 2015 – edgeNEXUS, the UK provider of advanced load balancing technology, today announced its Accelerating Load Balancer solution has successfully completed Cisco’s Interoperability Verification Testing (IVT) for compatibility with Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS).

This accreditation enables Cisco customers to install edgeNEXUS advanced load balancing software on any Cisco UCS server to improve user experience, and the performance, scalability and reliability of applications.

Offering layer4-7 load balancing, advanced traffic management capabilities and optimisation features including SSL Offload, Content Caching and Compression, the edgeNEXUS ALB-X sits natively within Cisco UCS platform, leveraging the advanced Cisco architecture.

With unprecedented ease of use, the edgeNEXUS ALB-X can be installed on Cisco’s UCS servers in a matter of minutes, with users only requiring a basic level of technical expertise to configure the product to meet their load balancing needs.
