Wir verwenden sogar gerne das Wort Tenacious! <\/span><\/p>\n<p>In Vorbereitung auf unsere n\u00e4chste Umfrage zur Kundenzufriedenheit m\u00f6chten wir die Ergebnisse der letzten Umfrage ver\u00f6ffentlichen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>aber zun\u00e4chst eine sehr kurze (und ich meine schnelle) Zusammenfassung unserer \u00dcberlegungen zur Unterst\u00fctzung)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wir versuchen, die Software so zu gestalten, dass sie einfach und intuitiv ist.
